Rosemary Lara (Garza) - Victoria, Texas

Rosemary Lara Garza, aged 85, peacefully passed away on February 8,2024.  She was born in McFaddin, Texas, to the late Charie Lara and Florentina Wiliams.

Survived by her daughter, Rosita Brava (Faustino Cadera) of Victoria, TX.  Rosemary is also lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren and one great great grandchild.  

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Feliz Garza, son Robert Lara, sister Olivia Buentello, Ofiia Perez, Lillie Garcia, Sulema Garcia and Olivita Lara as well as brother Sulvestre Lara, Encarnacion Lara and Alfredo Lara.

A visitation was held Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 5:00PM at Angel Lucy's Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 PM.  Visitation continued on Friday, Februry 16, 2024, starting at 8:15 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, a Funeral Mass was celebrated at 9:00 AM.  Followed by burial at McFaddin Cemetery.

Pallbearers for the service were Edward Caldera, Christopher Lara, Josh Vasquez, Sean Lara, Jose Lara, Devon Ramirez and Victoria Nunez.
