Stella Ann Theus Monney, 72, passed away on November 4, 2013, at her home in Victoria, TX.  She was born on May 14th,1941, in Victoria, TX, to Emerald Rae Smalley and the late Orin Page Theus.

Stella was the martriarch of the family, a devored member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  She loved to cook and paint, but on Friday night she wanted to be on the dance floor with her husband.  She was a devoted daughter to her best friend, her mother, whom she loved dearly.  Her proudest accomplishment was being a wife and a mother, she excelled at both.

She is survided by her mother, Emerald Smalley Theus, 5 children; Kami, Chad (Kandance), Kristel (Harold), Page (Natalie), and Troy (Tracey: 7 grandchildren, with a set of twin grandsons on the way and 2 great grandsons.

Stella was preceded in death by her father, Orin Page Theus, her husband Eugene W. Monney, and son Shayne Eugene. 

Serving as honorary pallbearers are Tyson Mooney, Brooke Monney, Cloe Monney, Afton Monney, Cody Shields, Hnuter Sheilds, Cash Monney, and Chance Mooney.

Visitaton was held on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 5 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel, Victoria, TX.  Funeral service was held Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Teh Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Victoria, TX

In lieu of flowers the family preferred donations be given to Boy Scouts of America or Hospice of South Texas.
