Carmen Driscoll, 58, of Victoria, died Monday, Nov. 17, 1997.
She was born, June 8, 1939, in Victoria to the late Francisco and Antonia Aguayo Villarreal. She was retired from Victoria Independent School District. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, and CWV, charter member of Catholic Daughters of America, Shut in Ministry, former Girl Scout leader, and volunteer at the Veteran's Clinic and Shields P.T.A.
Survivors: husband, Santiago "Jim" Driscoll; daughters, Cathy Diaz, Sarah Cavazos, Angela Ramirez, and Patsy Garcia; sons, Jimmy, Driscoll, Jr., and Abel Villarreal; sisters, Janie Cavazos, Mary Guerrera, and Connie Soto; brothers Antonio, Jesse and Joe Villarreal; and 15 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: brothers, Pedro and Francisco "Panchito" Villarreal and one granddaughter.
Burial was in Resurrection Cemetery. .
